What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. Websites can also keep information directly in your browser's own storage. Both let a site remember you between pages and visits, and we describe them together below.

How we use cookies

• Strictly necessary — required for login sessions, security, and core dashboard functionality. These cannot be disabled.
• Preferences and personalization — remember settings such as theme and time zone, and keep your Get Started questionnaire working: saving your progress so you can finish later, keeping your personalization between pages, remembering that you completed the questionnaire, and matching your browser with the matching record on our servers. This is functional first-party storage, it stays on our own site, and it is not advertising storage.
• Analytics — help us understand how the Service is used so we can improve it. We use aggregated, non-identifying analytics.
• Advertising — measure whether our own ads work (for example, Google Ads conversion measurement). These load only after you accept advertising cookies.

Analytics and advertising technologies stay switched off until you accept them in our cookie banner. Choosing "Necessary only" keeps the questionnaire, personalization, and the rest of the product working — it just turns off analytics and advertising measurement.

Marketing attribution

Separately from the categories above, we record a first-party snapshot of how you reached Relay — campaign parameters, referring source, and advertising click identifiers where present — to measure which campaigns work. This is described in more detail in our Privacy Policy.

Managing cookies

Most browsers allow you to view, block, or delete cookies and site storage through their settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in to the Control Center. Clearing site storage also clears your saved questionnaire progress and personalization.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page.
